How to Get Here

By Foot
If you’re staying locally, the showgrounds are within walking distance of central Boonah. (While we’d love to see horses at the gates, stabling is not available on-site this year!)
🚗
By Car
Boonah is just over an hour’s drive from Brisbane and less than 40 minutes from Ipswich. Follow the signs to the showgrounds once you reach town — they’ll guide you straight to the festival gates.
Parking will be available on-site, with overflow options nearby. Our friendly volunteers will be on hand to help direct you when you arrive.

By Rideshare
There is no direct public transport to Boonah or the showgrounds, so we encourage visitors to carpool or use rideshare services where possible. It’s a great way to make new friends before the festival even begins!
Parking & Accessibility
Parking is available on-site for a gold coin donation, with overflow parking nearby. All proceeds go toward supporting the festival and its community programs. Our friendly volunteers will be on hand to guide you upon arrival. Accessible parking spaces will be clearly marked for those with mobility needs, and our volunteers will be happy to assist with directions and access.
